karen poleshuck and her weapon of choice joined me in the studio tonight. we made you this long (15min+) jam, the last bit of a much longer jam, all spontaneous improvisation, using just a cello, some drum loops and ableton live.
it definitely has movie soundtrack written all over it. in the movie, jimi hendrix blows lazy blue smoke rings over the strings of her cello as karen plays, turning it at times into a sitar, and later a french horn, and at the end into a chorus of merpeople.
speaking of choice weaponry, if i had one of these i think i might be able to initiate, and possibly maintain, world peace.

Choice Weaponry ROCKS. Real strings are just soooo much better than synthesized strings. It's like someone's soul poured into these string sounds. AWESOME WORK!!
